Interactive During the periods in between the sessions English Teachers apply what they have learned during the workshops. They present and analyze their experiences together with the other participants. Specific Workshops on different topics are organized simultaneously. Participants can select the topics best suited to their interests and needs. Varied Teachers are invited to suggest topics for new workshops to be held in the future. Rewarding  A Diploma of Mérito or Crédito for job promotion can be obtained by participants who attended a 9 or 12 hour-workshop. Continuous They focus on a specific field of language teaching which is developed by means of communicative activities with a methodological focus.  Varied Teachers are invited to suggest topics for new courses or seminars to be held in the future. Each seminar consists of 30 hours of ten sessions. Only twenty participants are allowed for each activity.
